Dave Thomas - Founder/Operator
Dave has a background as a seasoned sales and marketing executive with 25+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, launching innovative products, and driving sustainable growth across the food and beverage industry. Throughout his corporate career, he built a reputation for combining strategic execution, a strong work ethic and a people-first leadership style.
Before stepping into the corporate world, he worked his way through college in the sanitation industry—starting at the ground level and gaining firsthand experience in the value of quality, safety, and hard work. That early foundation comes full circle with the launch of Rise & Shine Drone Cleaning, combining his operational grit and corporate leadership experience to develop a new era of commercial exterior cleaning.
At Rise and Shine Drone Cleaning, we're excited to partner with drone robotics industry leader Lucid Bots to utilize their cutting edge technology and build a future-focused business grounded in innovation, integrity, and community impact. Passionate about all things University of Tennessee, Dave is often watching a score or swinging a golf club.

Kelly Thomas has been in various areas of multifamily real estate for 30+ years with an extensive career working onsite and leading onsite teams. She has consistently found better solutions for property owners to produce high quality results while saving time and money, ultimately delivering more value. She knows what property owners expect, her attention to detail and passion for innovation led her to co-found Rise and Shine Drone Cleaning.
